How We Hire

Apply

Once a candidate lodges their top-notch application for the desired role, they can expect to hear back from our recruitment team soon because at REIF, we value transparency and tend to move promptly.

If you have been unsuccessful in attaining an interview we will contact you as we are respectful of each candidate’s time.

First Interview (Online)

If a candidate is successful in progressing to the interview stage, they will be invited to select an initial time that suits them via our online calendar booking system. It’s a casual chat where we get to know them and reveal more about the exciting role we have on offer.

Don’t be shy, tell us what motivated you to chase the role.

Second Interview

Another in-person inteview will occur if the shortlisted candidate progresses through the next stage of the recruitment process. It’s held with the head of recruitment and the relevant department manager.

This will be a formal structured conversation to understand candidate capabilities and overall role suitability. This is your time to shine so tell us what you can do.

Offer Stage

Once all interviews are completed, a merit-based decision will be made to offer the preferred candidate the role with REIF.

If you are the right candidate for us we won’t be able to contain our excitement and you’ll be welcomed aboard with pelnty of smiles and open arms.

We will also notify all unsuccessful candidates after the process has been finalised and the position is appointed. Just because it wasn’t the right fit this time around, you can always try again or another role in future.
